Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for domestic orders within the United States) or instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please securely package the item(s) and affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable). For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process:
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund for international orders.

4. Exchange Process:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return authorization.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you. Any price difference between the exchanged items may be refunded or charged accordingly.
